There is a Russian woman in Toshkent by the name of Olga.
Olga is probably pushing the scale at 200 lbs and is a tattoo artist. She is incredibly cheap. And her work is good.
I can get a big-ass tattoo in a clean establishment for under $50. For some reason, the idea of having a Betty Page pin-up on my back or arm is incredibly tempting.
So...good idea/bad idea?
